Has not responded to calls or messages after half done repair. They didn’t seal the windshield and water leaked into my van and damaged my radio. Poor customer service would not recommend!!!

Talked to them on 2/10/26 and said the tech was on the way to the junk yard and told me to send address. Our window is stuck down. i sent everything and they never showed up. now they are not answering! not dependable.

After windshield was so called fix it started to rattle same day, my husband reached out and he got ignored for alittle over a month, I reached myself to have the issue resolved or I was heading to court! So this past Friday they finally decided to come and didn’t fix the issue, they stated at first the couldn’t refund me they will replace the window! I was okay with that and how 10min later they wanted to refund me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE TWO INDIVIDUALS, THIS COMPANY DESERVES 0 STARS BUT ILL LEAVE A 1 Star to be nice!
